Workshop with Jim Duane
We welcome Napa Winemaker Jim Duane as he comes to Wisconsin to
present a highly informative presentation on winemaking essentials, from
juice to fermentation, balancing, stabilizing, and finally blending your wine
to create the optimum finished product.
Jim will share his vast knowledge
and experience of working with vinifera and American hybrids. This
workshop is an interactive presentation with wine samples from Jim’s own
vintages for blending in the afternoon session.
