Our April meeting will be the annual Wine & Food Pairing event held at the Explorium. You will be guided through five different courses with a 3-ounce pour of wine paired with each course.

Course 1
House Salad, mixed field greens, dried cranberries, goat cheese, candied pecans, orange balsamic vinaigrette
Course 2
Beer Cheese Soup, a creamy and delicious blend of Wisconsin cheddar, house beer & grain mustard, topped with house made croûton
Course 3
Bruschetta Salmon, seared salmon topped with bruschetta and balsamic glaze on a bed of spinach with rice
Course 4
Beef Short Rib, fall-off-the-bone tender seasoned short rib served over garlic mashed potatoes,
then topped with savory gravy
Course 5
Lemon Cream Cake topped with Wisconsin sour cherry compote
